San Francisco, CA asked in Criminal Law for California

Q: How much time will a person get if they commit robbery moving employees to another room

My friend was found guilty for committing a robbery at a Taco Bell one charge of was kidnapping because Chloe‘s was moved from front restaurant to a room then left there after trial jury found I pray guilty for all seven charges most charges have since trial been dropped five of them were dropped now what’s left is just the 211 robbery. Is it possible judge will also drop the kidnapping at sentencing which is in April? Also how did other charges disappear the lawyer doesn’t know anything those charges including assault with deadly weapon? This is my friend first time ever getting trouble at the age of 29 no criminal history do you think the judge will send him to prison or get a good deal to come home my friend has been fine in this case since 2016 and has been in the county jail awaiting trial which just was last month and has been in there for one year now? This is my friend first time ever get in trouble at the age of 29 no criminal history

A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

THE BEST PERSON TO DISCUSS A HYPOTHETICAL MATTER, UNTIL ALL FACTS SURFACE, IS YOUR LAWYER.

THAT PERSON HAS ALL THE FACTS AND KNOWS WHAT THE DA IS LOOKING FOR AND WHO THE JUDGE IS.

I BELIEVE MOST JUDGES WOULD IMPOSE A PRISON SENTENCE WITH THE LITTLE INFO YOU PROVIDED.

BUT IT IS LIKE ASKING A DOCTOR, WITH LIMITED FACTS, IF THE PATIENT WILL DIE AFTER A SURGERY.
