Q: Would the quarantine affect court ordered service hours in any way?

Service hours are for diversion and not probation

A: You should contact your probation officer to discuss this with them, rather than taking input from an attorney who does not know your case. Regardless of what answers are given to you through this post, your probation officer could file a violation and it would be up to the court to resolve. Most probation departments have eased up on the requirements or extended deadlines for completing the obligations.
