Q: Can you tell me how much jail time a friend of mine is looking at?

She has 11 charges for dealing stolen property, 10 charges in obtaining money from a second hand dealer, 1 charge for false information to a pawnbroker and 1 charge for organized fraud and she has a public defender. Her bond is $83K.

A: Prior criminal history must be considered, but just these charges max out at over 100 years, if sentenced consecutively. That's not likely to happen, but there's a lot at stake here.
