Q: How to stop child support on a kid haven't seen in 8 years and mother don't keep her but has custody?
Another woman has raised her and they won't let me see her. Mother has custody but hasn't had her since she was 9 months old. Mother has been in and out of jail since she was born. Child is 13 now and I'm still paying child support. Why can't something be done about it and why shouldn't the mother have to pay child support? She has drawer snap benefits and welfare on her when she didn't have her as well.
A: File a motion to terminate support in the court in which the order was entered.
