A: That is a Tort issue, not Real Property. But you give no facts, yet a Plaintiff's lawyer will definitely sue each and every interested party in a personal injury case. Even in a real estate disclosure case, all grantors will be sued for misrepresentation, even if no written statements from both owners due to omissions by one in the presence of a known lie.
