Barnesville, GA asked in Divorce and Family Law for Georgia

Q: I believe I have just found out that I quite possibly have been divorced by my husband fraudulently.

He swears I'm the only woman in his life and we've been together 8 years in this house, the last 5 married and I have noticed a thing or two that makes me think he's committed bigamy in California where his uncle lives. He also has been spending our money taking care of her and cleaned out the bank. He's now trying to get my stimulus check and plans to join forces with his fake wife to kick me out. I have no job and I think he's trying to leave me with nothing. I need help.

A: I’m sorry to hear you are going through this. It is probably not a good idea to put your name and phone number with all this info online. You should consult with an attorney who can review the facts of your case in detail and present you with the options. -Homer P. Jordan IV, Esq. 404-620-1558
