Q: I got a citation for an (improper turn unsafe)which led in a small accident without any injuries for both sides.
but there was a damage for the both cars.i never had a ticket in my Entire driving history in the US.Is there any way that I can make this citation suspended without penalty(not in history)this was my first ticket in 5year driving history?
