Tavares, FL asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Florida

Q: My court order only states that the Memorial Day weekend is with mother and the Labor Day weekend is with father.

My court order only states that the Memorial Day weekend is with mother and the Labor Day weekend is with father. Memorial Day weekend falls on my daughter father weekend. But my order doesn’t give exact details on when I can pick my daughter up it only say mother have Memorial Day weekend. So I reach out to my daughter father mother in texts message because she my contact person due to my injunction on her son and told her Im suppose to have the baby for the holiday weekend. I told her I will be getting my daughter on Friday at 3pm at the police station. She told me no she will drop my daughter off on Saturday at 2pm. What should I do? Because I had plans and I have this issue all the time. I got this documented by an officer because she refused to return my daughter for the holiday weekend on Friday.
