Q: I need my temporary disability while waiting for full disability. I have been diagnosed with Post Concussion Syndrome.
I suffered a traumatic Brain Injury in September 2016. just went through a major lumbar surgery am unable to work..had former cervical surgery. I have NO income do not want any attorneys that specialize in Disability ONLY tried that route to no avail, law firm out of Little rock. I live in Izard County prefer a lawyer, if reputable from the Batesville AR region....Please assist. will be 51 in August 2020

This is something on which an Arkansas attorney could best advise, but you await a response for four weeks. I'm sorry for your terrible injury. It isn't fully clear how the injury arose, whether it was an ordinary personal injury situation or whether it was something that arose at work, since you mention not wanting an attorney who specializes in disability only. That suggests the possibility of another important aspect of your matter.
