Fort Wayne, IN asked in Traffic Tickets for Indiana

Q: Is there any way I can get my license back?

I was involved in a vehicle incident may of 2019, while working/driving for a company whom I was fully covered by their insurance. The CoC was never sent to the bmv, which resulted in a 90 day suspension on my license. I was never informed of the suspension and was pulled over in December of 2019 and ticketed for driving with a suspended license. I paid the ticket, and a few months later was able to get ahold of the insurance company for the company I worked for and they were able to send the bmv the CoC lifting my suspension completely. My license was then suspended again 3 days later for failure to provide proof of insurance for when I was pulled over. Is there anyway I can fight this since my license never shouldve been suspended to begin with? I feel like this is setting me up for failure because it is my understanding you CAN'T be covered by insurance with a suspended license.
