Q: I need to ask a question about my car insuraunce

It's to long and hard to explain but bottom line I wrecked my car and I swear I had full coverage ins I have always had full coverage unins motor collision everything on the 3 of June this month I hit a pole and dented the drivers side of my car when I called my ins said all I had was liability and I was not covered? I asked them to bring up the original phonecall when i started my policy I asked for everything she explained to me if I had this I didnt need that I told her whatever I need I want as long as I'm covered if I spit on my truck I would not even be driving without full coverage anyway she told me they ou keep the tapes for a month and I only have liability so they wont fix it is there anything v I can do I have always always had full coverage and was under the apsention I was?Please tell me therez something I can do? My truck is my everything and i always have it fully covered cause i know things happen and if i just have liability I'm stuck i never leave myself stuck

however, some ins agents will sell you less than full coverage to make the sale by having the lowest rates....

you are supposed to review what you purchases. Your negligence will cost you.

if you have had coverage with the same agent and company for many years and each times renewing with he same coverage that would go a long way to proving what you allege.

you might have to call the ins commissioner to report them.
