Athens, GA asked in Criminal Law for Georgia

Q: How can I fight this? Can I get a sentence modification, or reduction? Or time served first offender, to clear myrecord?

Can a 13 year old be charged with child molestation 4 years after it allegedly happened, then sentenced to 20yrs do 10yrs, 4 years after just sitting in jail no representation. Basically (ALLEGEDLY) this happened at 13, I didn’t hear anything about this until I was 17 they held me, then sentenced me at 21. I’m looking for an post conviction lawyer. I had a public defender in Clayton County And I feel that I was coerced into taking time. No pass record, anything, it just was said, so I was guilty, it felt like. How can I fight for myself locked up, no communication at 17 not knowing a care in the world, mama on drugs, and my dad didn’t bother asking me my side. No one did. They were making it seem as if I was 21 messing with 13 yr olds. And the Public Defender fail to mention I was the same age. I want some insight on how I can clear my name, at lease get a sentence modification so I don’t have to register or have 9 more yrs on parole and I’m actually on guilty of saying yes to game.
