Dothan, AL asked in Family Law and Child Support for Alabama

Q: Can my husband get court ordered child support? We're still legally married.

I recently moved out of the home I shared with my husband because there's too many people living there (his Mom, his brother, and 2 of his nephews) and he and I no longer got along. Our two kids are still living with him. He said he was going to the courts and ask for a court order. I still provide for my kids even though I don't live there however he doesn't think it's sufficient.
