Mountain View, CA asked in Landlord - Tenant for California

Q: Tax -Credit Tenant Paid rent both laid off months why is harassment/quality of life getting worse?

I have attempted to use the pro bono sources in the past only to have all of them pass me to Mountain View mediation who is a great lady but doesn't quite grasp to put this affordable hypocritical corporation in its place. However, I respect mediation and was about to attempt to reach out and set things up only to have the company mail me a letter from their poorly rater lawyer located in concord threatening false claims of their being video of me parking. Here is just a brief:

1) They JUST invested and signed on with towing company from East Palo Alto with criminal history of extorting people.

2) I have attempted to reach out to what I have as the closest contacts of senior staff ( as look through glass door and linked in....not even close) to avail.

3) I have binder full of excessive never fully accomplished right to enter notices from these RECENT MONTHS.

Harassment YES.

A: This seems to be related to the other question you posted. Suggest you find a good landlord/tenant attorney in your area for a complete consultation and plan of action. You could go back to the pro bono sources and tell them you don't want to go to mediation. Mediation's job is to get the 2 parties to decide what works as a compromise for themselves, they do not represent you.
