Baton Rouge, LA asked in Family Law for Louisiana

Q: My daughter is 16 and has decided to move out of state to live with her father.

She went to visit a friend for a week but wanted to go see her father, which she hasn't seen in a year and a half due to him disowning her and among other things. She went through counseling for months cause of it last year. Well sue went they talked and everything seems ok so she decided to stay. The step mom was verbally abusive to her but now wants to live there. I'm lost for words. I have raised her on my own since birth and now this. We don't have any kind of court documents, we weren't married and he doesn't pay child support. He has never financially helped with her. What can I do to get her back home?
