Get Guardianship. I have been taking care of my siblings financially since I was 17 now I’m about to be deployed and I want to continue to take care of them financially By having the military send the money out of my pay but they said I need papers to show guardianship. I’m not trying to get custody. I just want to continue doing what I’ve always done. I’m 23 now. Our mother is has been incarcerated since that time. She was sentenced to 25 years federal.
