Q: I am marrying my fiance, who is an F1 visa holder. Is it possible to be married in the state of SC?

I am a naturalized citizen. We have been together for over 2 years and intend to stay with her for life.

A: Good morning. You can definitely marry your fiancé in SC or any state. There are no restrictions on where you can get married.

A: Yes after you get married you can apply to get her green card and apply for a work permit which you can get before the green card. Because the process is taking at least a year file soon to get the process started.
