Q: Can a mom demand a dad bring the chd back from vacation on a verbal agreement

Dad asked that his weekend be swapped to the week days to take him and now has decided to stay longer and child has prior engagements

A: If there is an order in place, the order must be followed. A child can't possibly have "prior engagements" that would trump court ordered parenting time with the father.
