Q: What If I signed a real estate contract in Texas for a house on 10 acres and marked as is now the insurance man says h

Cannot insure it but bank requires insurance

A: Assuming you are the purchaser, you will probably have to buy somewhere else if you must finance it. You might find another insurance company though. Hopefully your contract requires the property to be insurable, but probably not. However there is no way you can consummate the purchase as is, so you may have to take a risk of losing your earnest money and possibly being sued for specific performance. A purchaser needs his own title search and home inspection prior to signing a contract.
