Q: Can a seller agree via email to sell a home for a certain price then 3 years later increase the price
there was no reference to time frame on when to purchase before an increase was to be made also they are honoring the credit they agreed to in the email but not the purchase price can they honor one part but not all of it?
A: I doubt that you ever had an enforceable Contract Of Sale. If you do, then sue for Specific Performance. But I believe it did not meet the Statute of Frauds.
