Q: Can we put our divorce on hold to try and reconcile after wife filed papers?

Pretrial and final date were set before my papers were even due

A: If you both agree, you can request the court put the case on hold for 90 days while you attempt reconciliation. If your wife doesn’t agree, you can file a motion foe conciliation asking the court to order her to try.
