Q: Do I have to give my sons father my address
We don’t have court ordered anything All we hav is child support ordered in court from 2009 . His father wants my address He hasn’t called or seen his son in over two years or paid child support and keeps saying I hav to tell him where I live please help me
A: Yes you do. Under the Alabama Parent Child Relocation Act you are required to provide an address of where you are living. Also if a person doesn’t pay child support, it is no reason to deny them the right to see the child. Just so you know. But without a court order or a filed agreement stating the terms of visitation it is totally up to you as the custodial parent. Good luck.
