Q: If father is moving out of state; can he require child to stay with his live in girlfriend (fiance) for his 50% of time?
We share custody; 50/50 with no parent named domicile (court agreement). Father moving to Georgia; wants to keep custody arrangement. Assuming because he doesn't want to pay child support. Currently no child support is paid.
A: Fiance doesn't get visitation or custodial rights. Hire a custody lawyer to modify custody and seek child support.
