A: I gather you and your ex are still living together in the former marital home until it sells or until a specific date on the calendar required by the terms of your divorce agreement. My suggestion is that you send your ex an email / text ( or have your lawyer do so), confirming what you view as antagonistic behavior and ask that it stop. I dont know if his actions rise to the level of harassment under the domestic violence laws of this state but maybe by pointing out your concerns, he will back off, so that you can and he can figure a way to coexist until the date for the separation to occur.
