A: Short response is that an employer must make reasonable accommodations for employees capable of performing the essential functions of their jobs with or without accommodation.

However if the necessary accommodation causes an undue hardship for an employer no employer has to incur same. What is an undue hardship for a small employer may not be a hardship at all for a huge employer. The bigger the company you work for the less likely the hardship is undue.

If you can and tried to work for a large employer call some employment lawyers. Otherwise If you dont have a workers compensation lawyer why not? Hire one immediately! You definitely need at least a comp lawyer.
