Q: I need help getting a restraining order towards my kids father.
He falsely accused me of dv and for a restraining order to start papeework to take my kids. I have a police report with photos taken when he got arrested for corpal pushment

were you arrested for DV? if so you need to request a public defender if it is in criminal court.
i am assuming you can't afford a private lawyer and will have to contact legal aid or find a lawyer who will take it on pro bono
