Columbus, GA asked in Civil Litigation for Georgia

Q: If a current ex-fiance has given me gifts am I required to return them in GA?

We dated a year he's harassing me he wants everything back that he gave me ever. Even the FM radio/CD player that I enjoy so he can punish me he definitely ain't in need of it. My weight is in the 300 range and he has said hurtful things about my weight and he is obese also. He is a wolf that exposed himself after being uncomfortable in sheep's clothing and he is controlling. He hates this that I am trying to move on with my life. And he had an accident in his bathroom and took advantage of my kindness. We live next door to each as of tomorrow evening I will be moved to another part of the complex. And we spent a few nights together. He is giving me situational anxiety.

A: No, you are not required to return gifts. You own the property as of the moment he parted with possession.
