A: Pursuing any type of claim against a public entity is a complicated matter, you need to hire an attorney to assist you. There are personal injury attorneys located on this website and in your area that could probably assist you, and may even be willing to work on a contingent fee. (I cannot speak for them) If you are in the SF area, there are literally thousands of attorneys there that practice Personal injury law and many, many of them regularly file against public entities. There are also a slew of Civil Rights attorneys who would be pleased to file in Federal Court for you. Suggest you put some effort into finding your own attorney.
