Q: Can parole deny a reconsideration ifor home placement if residences has failed in past
Our home was denied twice for home placement first time I had not been physical able to clean the house and make sure no old or broken or used paraphernalia was still lingering in places I could not reach when probation and parole showed up and I did not permitt them entry and placement failed. so when they came back for the second inspection the home failed again because my employee had drugs on her. It's been 7months and he's finally made parole, release date 10-01-2020. can KY probation and parole refuse reconsideration of inmate personal residence because of the previous fails?
