Has prior history of child in danger meant he has third party ppl contacting me telling me not to go to court he is attempting to obtain custody or visits but it’s in the child’s best interest to cut all ties he’s never been in our daughters life until a year ago after he was released 2 years ago federal documents state he isn’t fit I sent a message asking him why my four-year-old who was potty trained. Utilizing bathroom when he moved in but is soon as he moved out she went back to being potty trained and me stating that in a message and then stating that he doesn’t pay child support and I want my money I guess and that I was going to inform the courts of my daughters behavior changes with him wen I did give him the chance he got to spend unsurprised the four month of living under same roof my daughter started behaved suspiciously .maybe I didn’t say it in the right context text the but By no means was it intended as a threat he has no informed court of his wages 3,359$
