Married for approximately 16 years and soon to be 17 years and I just want out of the marriage. How can you help me at this point ?
A: You will have to call some lawyers in your area. They will want this information at a minimum. Is there a marital residence? Children? Pensions, 401k's? Husband's income vs. Wife's income for alimony? Will spouse agree?
