Modification of divorce Decree "Urgent Matter"

Divorced 2 Months ago and had no Legal Representation.

Change of Circumstances

1- He kept the family business, and I was legally working there, the decree does not state I was going to be left without job.

2- Education

Urgent Matter;

I am in the need to ask the City to waive of utilities, and apply for food stamps.

I was not awarded all the Texas legal support fo Alimony as I did not have an attorney and he did, the case never went to trail or hearing as all agreements where drafted through his lawyer.

Asking for Temporary and permanent injunction, don’t have to have the urgent matter for the modification?

Would this be change of circumstance of kids or just spouse?

Will the deem income applying just for child support or spousal too?

Can I omit the physiological request?

If I am in need for a Financial l expert for fraud, but can’t afford in this moment, so can I do this in a moment after asking this motion?

A: The best advice I can honestly give you at this time is to hire a lawyer.

If you cannot afford a lawyer go to legal aid for your county to see if you qualify for a free lawyer.

Your situation is complicated and time-sensitive so you will need someone with legal expertise to help.
