Q: My dog got out of the yard & went missing. A man put one of our dogs in a truck & left. Can I obtain traffic footage?
Both of our dogs got out together. A lady saw the them together & was able to get 1 dog, but not the other. She brought her to the SPCA & said that a man in a truck got our other dog, but unfortunately he never brought her to the SPCA. Is it possible to obtain public traffic camera footage of the incident for the purpose of getting a license plate number?

A: Yes. Make a theft complaint Nd the d.a. can get footage by subpoena. U may want 2 get ur dogs chipped
