Q: visitation rights

Im just finding out that my ex-boyfriend that i have an 8 year old daughter with and his girlfriend had her son and their baby son removed from them by C.P.S over a year ago. Do i still have to let him have his visitations with my daughter. Im so scared for her when we drop her off and i dont know what to do. Please help me.

A: If there is not a visitation order on your daughter, then no, you do not have to let her go. If there is a visitation order on your daughter, then you will need to move to suspend his visitation in the Court that ordered the visitation.
