Nipomo, CA asked in Traffic Tickets for California

Q: I was pulled over twice went to jail the traffic stops for tint and exhaust but didn't get a ticket both times

Got pulled over for tint the officer still searched the vehicle based on that passenger was on the influence of heroin that was his probable cause he asked to search the vehicle I said no he still did found guns and ammo . The other time I got pulled over for tint and muffler they searched the vehicle due to the passenger being on probation they didn't find anything till they brought a k9 and found a gun and drugs in a stash on the vehicle but both times I got no ticket and im almost setting the case for trial can I challenge the stop to be justified and if there is no ticket can I beat the case do to violation of my 14 amendment rights
