Q: I FILED A CASE IN FEDRAL DISTRICT COURT AN THE JURISDICTION, IS WRONG VENUE BUT THE defandents attorney works jurstic

So how do I go about staying in court I filed in best interest of justice for both parties is there order I can file or motion
