Q: Can I move out without permission at 17 y/o?
Ive been living with my dad by myself since I was 10. He verbally abuses me, and emotionally. He does not help keep our home clean, I have to do everything in the home for him even though he is not handicap or sick in anyway. He is perfeclty fine. I cook, clean, wash his clothes, and fix his food for him. Our home is falling apart and I'm just about ready to give up and just leave without permission. I'll be 18 in 5 months, can I move out now without getting forced to go back home or emancipated? Should I just wait it out until I'm 18?
