Q: Who can I talk to about the fetzer law and how i can help someone in prison who I think should fall into that

So he got his case I believe in 2006 and has was in prison for 13 calendars it was originally a 30-year sentence he recently was on parole and caught a charge a charge on parole. He was in Jefferson county fighting this case that he has opened for possession which he was there because he violated his parole but during the course of the case he discharged from parole but they did aggravate the charge and then he got sentenced 8 years on the charge does it not fall into the fetzer law0 because he caught his case while his on parole it was an eight-year sentence that this new charge was sentenced because he discharged from full week before they sentenced him and then was sentenced on an aggravated charge
