A: Unfortunately, this forum is for quick answers to general high-level questions, so other readers could review and gain general information from both the question and answer. It would take a lawyer some time to read the documents and give you a specific analysis to your specific situation. Since there is an ongoing dispute, you should hire a probate litigator to assist you because it is likely this will not get straightened out with a letter or two. You will likely need to go to court and have a judge straighten it out. But, again, lawyers would have to read all your documents and form an opinion before they would know for sure. By the way, if there is any private information in your Dropbox, you should remove it right away. This is a public forum and anyone could see your private information. I hope everything gets worked out. All the best to you.
