Sylvania, OH asked in Child Custody for Ohio

Q: Emergency Child Custody in Ohio

My brother and sister-in-law have been addicted and active in non-prescribed opioid drugs, and have stolen thousands of dollars from me, my father, and dozens of our local neighbors and family. Once I have stopped contact, they have contacted my family and friends, and most importantly my Childs father, stating that I am the one who is engaging in their behaviors that I haven't engaged in (drugs, theft, credit card fraud). My brother and sister-in-law have also been stalking my house and my friends, which I have evidence of. I have not had any contact and have been ignoring their attempts to get ahold of me, due to their illegal behaviors. Now, the children's father has filed for emergency child custody due to these false allegations. Also, the children's father is $8,000 behind in child support and is abusive and unstable mentally and financially. How can I rebuttal the case and prove my innocence?
