Asked in Animal / Dog Law for Louisiana

Q: Puppy was attacked by a dog, no one witnessed this but $1300 later, Vet says yes . Is the pitt bull next door to blame?

The pit bulls have been seen attacking another dog, squirrels and chickens, and fighting each other. And often without shock collars, wandering in the yards out of their home range.

A: 1) fence your yard,

2) install cameras,

3) take pictures of the pitt bulls every time you see them on public property or your property,

4) call Animal Control every time you see them on public property on your property.
