Q: Minor rear end collison no damage to vehicles. Driver of other car injury claim denied by my insurance

They want access to my insurance bodily damage amount. Should I allow them to get it .

A: If you don't disclose it voluntarily, the other party will file a lawsuit, and serve you. Your insurance company will hire an attorney to defend you. You will have to respond to interrogatories and a demand for production of documents in which you will be required to disclose the limits of your insurance. Or, you could just do it now and avoid the intermediate steps.
