Q: Can my separated spouse come back to the house when ever he wants? He moved out 4 months ago and has his own apartment.

A: I don't see why not unless there is a court order stating otherwise.

A: When you say "separated spouse," were you legally separated? I you were legally separated, you can request Temporary Orders from the court that specify when/if he can come to the house. (It also makes a difference if the house is in your name, joint, or his.)

If his behavior is harassing in any way, you can request a protective order (aka restraining order) from the court. Just because he might have a "legal right" to come to the house, does not mean he can harass you.
