Q: If I pay the early termination fee of 2 months rent as the lease states how much notice do I have to give the landlord?

And would I still be responsible for the remainder of the lease?

A: The answer to your question depends upon the terms in the lease. In general, an early termination allows someone to get out of the lease, but we can't see what your lease says. It also likely says in there how much notice is required for an early termination.
