Q: Is it illegal to kick your 12 & 17 yr old adopted sons out for 3 days now ..no food no clothes shower or epi pen
I am biological mom and kept contact since they had been taken and they have endure mental and physical abuse I report it but no help..she even says if I pay the 5000.00 to her she will sign them over and it's against the law. She kicked them out for eating food and she has done this many times when my son was 11 and since then. They have struggled and been hospitalized for beating by a 40 year old man and my son was 14 unconscious for 2 days my other son ankle broken twice and lockes food up and they are always left alone...don't have proper care the way a mom should love and protect them..she is verbally abusive and mentally abusive and threatens them and myself that if we tell she will never let us speak again and she will place them back in the system and separate them. She signed my oldest out of school without his knowledge and my kids have been having real issues in and out of school. Been arrested alot and in dangerous situations and someone shot at there house last weekend
A: Quite a lot of things going on here. You probably ought to let DFCS know everything you know. They would pick up the case or not.
A: I agree with my colleague. There is a lot going on with your case. You should contact DFCS to report what is going on and take steps from there.
