Chicago, IL asked in Traffic Tickets for Illinois

Q: Would a injunction at a district court be best option to resolve traffic fines

I owe too many traffic fines from red light camera tickets and currently don't work. I feel harassed by these traffic fines also. I've read these types of cases have been challenged in other states and most stares can no longer revoke a DL anymore for failure to pay ticket fines

I also sent the Secretary of State in my state a a flyer on stopping such fines and fees by a known civil rights legal group
