Evection is for a person that is being evicted for something other than non rent payment. Home is leased thru management company but person evicted is not on the lease but pays rent.
A: If the person being evicted needs more time after the time the court orders he or her to get out, that person should ask the judge to specify the time needed, or to order other arrangements.
