A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

IF THE MATTERS ARE IN SACRAMENTO, THE COURT SHOULD SCHEDULE HIM FOR AN ARRAIGNMENT WITHIN A DAY OR SO OF BEING PICKED UP.

HE CAN HIRE OR HAVE AN ATTORNEY APPOINTED TO REPRESENT HIM.

THAT ATTORNEY WILL HAVE ALL THE INFO YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT AND WILL BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU AN INTELLIGENT ANSWER.....LAWYERS VIA INTERNET DO NOT HAVE THE NEEDED INFO.
