A: I'm sorry for your injuries and ordeal. There is no formula that can be applied across the board to crunch numbers to yield a suitable dollar figure. As a GENERAL yardstick, damages in injury cases tend to be comprised of pain and suffering, medical expenses, and lost time from work. That's a very simplified overview. In complex cases, it can get very involved in terms of future damages, future care, rehabilitation, and many other factors. But this isn't that type of case. These types of dental injuries do not tend to result in tremendous cases. This is not to diminish your aggravation here - I'm certain this has been very frustrating. But it's simply the way the industry often is with foreign objects in food cases that result in dental damages. You could reach out to attorneys to discuss further. Different attorneys could sometimes see the same case differently. Good luck
