Q: My boyfriend was talk into pleaing out in a crime and he has"nt seen the evidence

A: No question is asked here. Sometimes the prosecution makes a here and now offer to resolve the case. Your boyfriend knows the facts better than anyone. It's up to him if he wants/wanted to take the offer from the prosecution. He certainly has a right to receive his discovery once the case proceeds far enough.

A: While you haven't asked a question, it is certainly possible your boyfriend knows he is guilty and the deal offered was acceptable. In which case, it would not really be necessary to review the evidence.
